Decovil Heavy is a fusible non-woven with a natural shade and leather-like handle. It is ideal for adding substantial structure and body to textile projects. Coupling this with its tear and crease-resistant properties makes Heavy Decovil superb for hats, belts and fabric boxes & bags. Decovil can be iron adhered with an iron set to wool and a damp cloth (press each area for around 6 seconds). -
