We hold monthly craft retreats in Aylesbury taking place at Quarrendon and Meadowcroft community centre (click here for directions).
Retreats are held on the 3rd Saturday of every month. A full day of Stitchery… for just £12. (bring own lunch) 8.30am – 4pm, hot and cold drinks are included and you are very welcome to bring cake to share!
Modern trestle tables are shared by 2 persons – we have waist height areas for cutting – large cutting mats are provided (but not scissors or rotary cutters) – Irons also provided.
We try to hold a “mini-workshop” on the morning of each Retreat, with a demonstration and the opportunity to get the pattern to make it yourself. It is our aim to keep any additional costs to a minimum, allowing everyone interested to take part.
There is always a free “De-Stash”; for Stitchery items you no longer need, or want; even your unwanted & scrap fabric pieces & yarns too!
You should provide your own sewing machines, but you do not need extension cables or irons.
The venue is accessible for all and parking is available on site. Should you require assistance please contact us.
