Oh my goodness are you gonna love this one!! Make 1, make 5….. they’re great as gifts… fabulous to take out for the day – or on holiday! It’ll hold your passport, your phone…. Tickets, purse….. tissues even!
There could be an ‘argument’ …. In the ‘What-If’ thought process…. That you line it with RFID!! but thats for another day.
Now it’s not a simple make, birthing the bag, well…..its a very different process!! We do like a teaching point 😉….. so – come & learn something new, make something you can enter for The Bucks County Show…. It is a Crossbody Bag….. make it for yourself & maybe make several for gifts!!
What you’ll need:- [ALL fabric to be prepared – in advance…. all wetted & beautifully pressed!]
1 Fat Quarter for the outside
1 Fat Quarter for the lining
1 Fat Quarter for the pocket linings
Thread to go with your fabric – there IS top stitching to be done!
Theres a Kit! (We know you like a kit) & there’s lots of bits in this one!!. In your kit will be :-
White zips x 2…. (One for inside & one for outside)
Jeans needles – makes sewing the thicker seams much easier!!
The hardware. 25mm (2 x D rings, 1 x slider, 2 x clasps & 1 x twist lock catch)
The cotton webbing for your strap – there are different colours to the one we used before…. choose on the day!
Thick/Thin to interface your bag with.
The Hardware will be Silver as standard…. We do have a few Gold sets…. they’re limited…. But you can choose when you add your bag project option!
